The Free State Department of Economic, Small Business Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs hosted the Tussen Die Riviere 4X4 Eco-Challenge with Jeepers, media, and tourism bloggers at the Tussen Die Riviere Resort in Xhariep.
The two-day itinerary included activities such as sundowners at Klipstaples, conservation talk, dinner with Game meat, and entertainment to mention but a few.
The Tussen Die Riviere Resort 4X4 Eco Challenge forms part of the Department’s Eco-Tourism Programme that is aimed at enhancing appreciation for the DESTEA’s resorts and reserves and to encourage repeat and consistent visits to them such as camping, adventure activities, day visits, and functions.
