The Department of Economic Develop and Tourism (DEDT) hosted a two-day Pop Up/ Flea Market on the 29 & 30 November 2024 at the Freedom Square Retail Hub, in Bloemfontein.
You are invited to come show your support towards building township economy to create sustainable jobs and grow the economy.
This initiative also forms part of the Department’s Entrepreneurial Month activities that took place throughout the month of November 2024.
The Pop Up / Flea Market aims to address one of the key challenges that hinder the growth of small businesses which is access to markets, the inability of small businesses to access market has been noted as one of the major factors threatening their longevity.
Sectors / enterprises that will be showcasing and selling their products and services during the two days include bakery, food / restaurant, hair and nail salon, car wash, internet café, auto parts, and electrical appliances and accessories.
